Video: 2015 Roush RS3 Mustang Packs 670 HP and 545 LB-FT

Ford has the Mustang to and the GT in their sportscar directory to brag about, and Dodge has been bragging about their Challenger and Charger for far too long with their Hellcat souped up versions making people all too excited for Ford’s next high-powered Mustang.

Your prayers have been answered says Roush, thanks to this Sixth-generation Ford Mustang 2015 Roush RS3 that can put down figures interesting enough for a drag strip quarter mile run with these hellcat Dodge twins, 670 hp and 545 pound-feet of torque enough for ? The thing is; Ford and Roush have to work it out so that the 2015 Roush RS3 is priced at a similar range or even less than the Hellcat twins to attract enough interest in the mustang, I must say.. The 2015 Roush RS3 looks way better than the other two, but that’s my opinion.

The 2015 Roush RS3 does indeed make use of the RS, RS1 and RS2 packages and build on them by adding the 2.3-liter TVS supercharger plus all the necessary plumbing and ECU work that comes with it to the 5.0 liter V8 engine, giving us one hell of a mustang.

The 2015 Roush RS3 package will run you up about $21,995 excluding the price of the base donor Mustang GT, including a great 3-year/36,000 mile limited warranty. The package wouldn’t be all it is without the high-flow exhaust, 20 inch Roush wheels, aero kit and adjustable 1-way suspension for better handling. You can however get better 3-way adjustable suspension, hood mounted heat extractors, recaro bucket seats with leather and polished wheels.

Expect the 2015 Roush RS3 package to be available at selected Ford dealerships across the United States. While if you happen to live in Dubai like us, you might want to wait till mid 2016 for the 2015 Roush RS3 Mustang to be available with an expected price tag of up to 268,000 Dhs.
