Rolls Royce are known for their special edition cars that pop in every once in a while. This time they create a special edition Rolls Royce Wraith inspired by one of their own films.
The film “And the World Stood Still” was created to launch the Wraith Coupe at the British Film Institute National Archive, an achievement on its own. So Rolls Royce decided to celebrate by making a special Wraith “inspired b film” for the 2015 New York Auto Show.
What is done to make the already special Rolls Royce Wraith even better? how about a two tone silver and Jubille Silver exterior, a hand-cast solid silver Spirit of Ecstasy ornament which sits like a queen on the hood of the Wraith. Silver treatment for a silver screen show.
The inside took on a more traditional approach with Maccassar Ebony paneling complemented with an aluminum accent band and Anthracite leather with Casden tan accents. The engine remains the same 6.6 liter twin-turbocharged V12 which pumps a healthy 624 hp, still capable of accelerating from 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds reaching a top speed of 155 mph.
