The new 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-class offers a well rounded variety of models. Starting from the E250 Blue-tec that is mated to 190 hp 2.0 Liter Turbo diesel that makes 369 lb-ft of torque. The E350 which is offered in both luxury and Sport trims, and it has a 3.5 Liter V6 302hp and all-wheel drive. The E550 all wheel drive sedan makes 402 Hp and 443 lb-ft of torque via its turbocharged 5.5 Liter V8 engine. There is of course an E400 hhybridversion with a 3.5liter V6 plus an electric 27hp motor. All of the E-Class models will transfer their power through a 7-speed automatic transmission.

The 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class saw a couple of changes on the exterior, like the new connected headlights “double hooks”  the usual LED daytime running lights in the front fascia. The rear-end was restyled and feels more conformed as opposed to the 2013 version. The interior was restyled as well. Mercedes made sure that additional wood trim (with two finishes) was added, and a revised instrument cluster. The central Air-Vents have been pushed to the sides, so that it was possible to add the vintage Mercedes rectangular clock, other than that; it is all standard equipment that Mercedes provides for it’s models, adding a hands free trunk opener. Aside from all of these standard changes, Mercedes went on parading their S-Class semi autonomous technology prior to its launch.
