As for the new 4.0 liter twin turbo engine; It is the same one built by Mercedes-AMG performance division which was revealed earlier in the 2015 Geneva Motor Show last month for the G500 4×4² concept. The good news is, the new engine produces 422 horsepower compared to the bigger older engine which could only produce 382 hp from its 5.5 liters of displacement.
