The new Ford Everest SUV will be sold in Australia, to tackle the off-road market in a better way. Packed with enough room to seat 7 passengers on a three row setting and enough power to tow anything.
The new Ford Everest SUV is marketed as an off-road capable SUV thanks to its lockable low range four-wheel drive system on board which borrows allot from Fords successful off road technologies. And although Ford made the Everest SUV an Off-road machine, they also added car-like coil springs to give all seven passengers a comfortable ride.
Powering the all new Ford Everest SUV top spec, is the 3.2 Liter 5 Cylinger diesel engine from the Ford Ranger UTE, which makes 147KW and 470NM of torque. While the standard Ford Everest SUV gets the 2.2 Liter Duratorq Diesel engine aimed at superior economy performance, boosting figures of 110KW and 375NM of torque. Also available is the 2.0 Liter Eco Boost turbocharged engine is put to use as well.
No reports of the Everest SUV model making it to the GCC has been released, and we aren’t expecting it to make it here either.
