The new facelifted Mercedes-benz Gla made a debut at the 2017 Detroit Auto Show with small tweaks to the styling and several small upgrades to the overall package. The small crossover acts as a bigger A class for the American market since the compact model isn’t available yet.
But to make things a bit more exciting; Mercedes just included the infamous night package to the tweaked Mercedes-benz Gla. The package is similar to the ones available on several Mercedes models. It retains the overall look of the GLA but adds subtle touches to make it even better and gives it a sinister look which sheds some of the basic styling that associates it with cheaper competitors.
Ok, so what’s new? The GLA with the night package equipped receives a lot of gloss black parts including the rear diffuser, the side skirts and the lower front bumper piece. Then you get optional 19-inch black alloy wheels from AMG or 18-inch silver/black wheels. You may also notice the heavily tinted rear windows, the black wing mirrors and the black aluminum roof rails. Basically, a darker more sinister version of the new GLA
Prices are yet to be announced.
