Elon Musk teased this video on Instagram just two hours ago showing the all new Tesla Model 3 accelerating down the road then going to a full stop. That’s about it, and it’s more than enough to get buyers hyped up.
The new Model 3 might be one of the hottest selling EV’s of our time, it’s also 10-times safer than the average car according to Morgan Stanley’s report.
And safety is the number one concern for buyers, Adam Jones of CNBC reports. “According to nearly every OEM we talk to, safety is the number 1 determinant of car purchases. Look for safety to be the ‘ah-hah!’ moment for this car due to launch this year,” Jones said.
“We think the Model 3 will feature hardware and software that provide a level of active safety that could significantly lead all other cars on sale today and could, if the company achieves its goal, be an order of magnitude (i.e. 10x) safer than the average car on the road.
Elon Musk is known for his outspoken opinions and his tendency to release footage and news when people least expect. This one happens to be one of those little snippets.
