Our favourite time of the year might be the Super Bowl, as it hosts one of the most exciting games and brings joy to every football fan out there. But it also manages to bring some of the most exciting commercials from different brands around the globe. The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio prances around the big screen while Lady Gaga does her thing during half time. Let’s start with the first commercial;
During the Super Bowl 51, Alfa Romeo made a huge decision to air not one but three commercials during the epic game which means Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is trying so hard to sell the Quadrifoglio over the BMW M3. This was the perfect time to introduce the American audience to a rather new sports sedan on the block.
The commercials were targeting english speaking people in hopes of introducing them to the Italian charm of the Giulia with two 30-second clips dubbed ‘Dear Predictable’ and ‘Mozzafiato’ – both very alluring and do a good job of reminding us of the Italian heritage behind the Alfa Romeo Giulia.
The last commercial was dubbed “Riding Dragons” and it featured a philosophical narrator with a commanding tone, probably my least favourite of the three because it’s just like every other commercial.
