The new 2017 Citroen C3 Supermini is about to go on sale in the UK next month, January 3d 2017 and will start at £10,995 which makes it one of the most desirable economical cars you can get.
The new C3 represents a radical departure from the previous model, thanks to the new innovations that are pegged to be the company’s comeback after an onslaught of boring cars.
Touchscreen and 17-inch alloys are now standard on the entry level models that should run you about £10,995, while the more heavily optioned versions go for £13,045 and the top specced C3 for £14,795.
Materials improve, but not as much as you might expect. The 2017 Citroen C3 is available in three trim levels; touch, feel and flare. Pretty explanatory, huh?
Leg room isn’t all that, but it’s as good as you can get for the money you’re investing. Expect to have the C3 in 9 different body colors, 3 roof colors and an optional AirPump panel white or red motif color
Suspension remains unchanged but is rather comfortable around town according to Citroen. The new C3 provides the ConnecedCAM system which integrates an onboard HD camera sitting behind the rear-view mirror to share pictures and video over social media. The GPS technology is also there and you have 128 GB of memory to keep all that data.
The engine choices include the PureTech 1.2-Liter 3 cylinder petrol range with (68-PS, 82-PS and 110-PS). Then there is the BLUEHDI 1.6-Liter diesel version with (75-PS and 100-PS) options. Take note that the petrol engines are much quieter and smoother though.
